Upon entering the cute and aesthetic restaurant, we were greeted warmly and given the choice to enjoy the live music in the front or sit in a cost private setting at the back. It being a farewell dinner for some of the team members, we chose the latter. The food was simple yet elegant! They catered to our dietary requirements with patience and we were treated to some delicately prepared flavourful dishes! At first, the set menu appeared a bit seafood heavy but the ceviche and the fish were to die for 🥰 The cocktails were beautiful and if nothing else, I would definitely go to Carbon again for the drinks and the guacamole 😄

Overall amazing experience from the food, service to the atmosphere. Came here for the first time on a first date (which she loved). Both of us were non drinkers, so we couldn't really give feedback on the drinks, but the food was extravagant and delicious. The music was just a bit too loud to have a normal conversation without having to yell a bit, but the ambience overall was amazing. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Came with a large group for the bottomless brunch and I have never experienced such great service. our server was great, she was constantly ensuring our drinks were topped up and brought us our orders before we could even blink. Such friendly staff, food was delicious and drinks were great. I would 100% come here again and would definitely recommend!!

Recently went here for a birthday for a bottomless brunch! Previously been here before and loved it with amazing service! This time around service was slow (took ages to get drinks topped up and had to keep asking). We heard the server getting told “don’t top up drinks unless they ask”. Payed a 50% deposit + part of the 10% surcharge for large groups prior to booking and on the day tried to charge me an extra $97and was told to just “tap my card”, i had to calculate with them how they overcharged and then turned around and saying oh sorry our computers down after arguing about the price and only got refunded $89. Would not recommend!

I think we came here 3 times during my holiday! 😄 Such an amazing atmosphere & food is delicious! They even had a DJ playing on the window which was very cool tbh. Very friendly staff too. We took a bunch of food to share and it was a great move. Definitely try the ceviche, so fresh and tasty. Great place to go on a summer evening and enjoy some margaritas 😄

Went last night with 5 girlfriends for a birthday. Will say that the staff were great and attentive to us First noticed how loud the place was, felt like we had to scream across the table. The food was my biggest let down We paid $14 for literally 5 sticks of brocolli for a side dish The patas bravas were wedges from a packet? No way that was house made The lamb was plentiful but had no salt, the picked haberno onions ontop had NO flavour The chicken dish was over $40 and we got a wing quarter and a single drumstick? We got the fish of the day and we asked if it was Snapper and the staff checked for us and said yes, only for a barramundi to come out. Not an issue we still ate it and it was tasty but she checked and still told us the wrong fish? The churros were completely doused in chocolate sauce when they came out which we probably should of just had a ramekin on the side for dipping. Dont even know why they gave us a ramekin for dulce de leche when we couldnt taste it over the chocolate. Churros did not look house made. Overall- too expensive for what you get, you pay for eating in bondi, wouldnt go again.
